Name: Dick Grayson Age: 18 Occupation: Senior
at Vector City High School/Leader of the Teen Titans Alter-Ego: Robin
Strengths: With no superpowers of his own,
Robin relies on his daring, intellect and a fully-loaded utility belt to carry him through the challenges he and his team
face. Robin is also highly-skilled in Karate and Judo, with a dash of Ninjutsu.
Weaknesses: Robin has no superpowers,
and therefore is more at risk for serious wounds and injuries.
Bio: Dick Grayson was orphaned at a young age when his
parents fell victim to deadly crime. John, Mary, & young Richard were circus acrobats billed as the Flying Graysons, a
star attraction in Haly’s Circus - which, unfortunately for the family, was reluctant to pay protection money to ‘Boss’
Anthony Zucco. Zucco’s men doctored the Graysons’ trapeze ropes with acid, and Dick watched in horror as his parents
fell to their doom. As fate would have it, Gotham millionaire Bruce Wayne was in attendance that night, and, wearing the infamous
cloak of the Batman, secreted Dick away after learning that the boy knew of Zucco’s racket. Dick asked to join the Dark
Knight in his battle against those who would harm others, and after long months of training he teamed with his mentor to bring
in his parents’ killers.
From the time he was nine, Dick fought alongside Bruce as Robin the Boy Wonder, while
juggling his studies (Bruce registered to home-school him) and learning various forms of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean martial
arts. They fought many villains, saved many lives, yet for reasons Dick refuses to discuss, he and Bruce parted ways. He was
about to turn eighteen, but had not yet received a diploma, being schooled at Wayne Manor. Dick chose to return to Vector
City, the place he had been born and where his parents had grown up. He faxed his home-student records to the high school
there, and they agreed to grant him a diploma if he attended for the upcoming school year, which he did, thus becoming a senior
in twelfth grade.
During the day, he went to school and lived in his own one bedroom apartment. In the evening or
in between lessons, he donned the Robin suit and patrolled the streets. He befriended Ashton Drake and Diana Duece, who masqueraded
as Bladesman and Violet. The three formed quite a team at fighting thieves and robbers in Vector City, and thus they became
known as the Teen Titans.

|
Name: Ashton Drake Age: 18 Alter Ego: Bladesman Occupation:
Student at Vector City High School/ Second in command of Teen Titans Strengths: Ashton is skilled with all forms of bladed
weapons. He also has the ability to launch a shockwave by swinging a sword. He is able to swing a sword fast enough to block
most bullets, but can't match hypervelocity ammo (armor piercing rounds)
Weaknesses: must remain absolutely focused
to generate the shockwave. Also, can't match the speed of Hypervelocity armor piercing rounds
Bio: Ashton grew up learning
about blades of all types. His father was an old fashioned man, who worked with machines of various types. With Ashton's help,
the old man had invented a new kind of blade, made of crystallized photons. The weapons were stronger, lighter, and didn't
need to be sharpened, as they glowed with the energy of the photons. Ashton learned how to design them himself in the process,
and made many of his own to use. The best part about them was that the device that crystallized the photons was contained
in each weapon, resulting in something that was extremely portable. After leaving on his own at 18, Ashton decided to finish
school while using his talents to protect the city. He met Dick Grayson at Vector High at the beginning of his four years.
Together with a young woman calling herself Violet, they decided to form The Teen Titans. As such, they now go out at night
hoping to find other heroes to join them.

|
Name: Diana (Di) Duece Age: 18 Occupation: Senior at
Vector City High School/spy and sneaky 'go-fer' type for the Teen Titans Alter-ego: Violet Venyttely (and Indigo, her clone
)
Strengths: Violet can determine her own density. She can lighten it slightly to become stretchable and nimble (think
'The Incredibles' here...), or she can fully liquify herself to seemingly disappear, dodge attack, or slither into places
no one else can go. It also allows her to form extra arms, legs, whatever she might need, but of course lowers the density
of the area she uses to do it. Because of her abilities, Violet can also clone herself, each clone being half as dense as
her full self, and therefore not as able to do the extra things she can as one.
BIO: As a senior who was about 18 months ahead of schedule
in her school work, Diana had decided that her last year of high school should be more about her social life than her academic
one. Taking only the required courses (and most of those being for dual college credit), and being a member of the choir,
the band, and both the volleyball and the track teams, she had her plate plenty full without worrying about things like calculus
and computer programming. There would be time for that in college, and she had other things she wanted to learn before getting
there. Having accidentally de-virginated herself one night alone, Di was 18 now and planned on learning a thing or two from
the guys at school. At least she would learn SOMETHING this year.
Di's parents were the ones kids dreamed up to make
fun of as the worst parents ever. Drunks, stoners, Di had to sneak around them to avoid being yelled at and having things
thrown at her. She stole lunch money from her mother's purse or her dad's wallet. They seldom noticed it missing, and she
wouldn't be able to eat otherwise. She kept herself busy with extracurricular activities, as all of the jobs available for
a teenager would only work her parttime, and she needed a fulltime distraction. Soon, those activities would expand to include
the guys, hopefully either starting WITH or progressing TO her two best friends - Ashton and Dick. She had to giggle at
his name, but that was his name as he hated 'Richard' and they only called him Robin when he was in uniform.
Di knew
little about where she'd gotten her powers. One night, as her parents were in the living room fighting, she'd snuck out of
the house to the public pool. Lightening struck the water with Di in it, her hand on the metal ladder as she'd seen the storm
coming and was trying to get OUT of the pool at the time. Passing out, she hadn't realized what had happened until later.
When she awoke, she was floating atop the water - only her body wasn't in body form, it was a less-dense liquid floating in
pieces in the pool. She was able to pull herself together, and within the next few days began noticing odd things. Her arms
would stretch further than they should when she would reach for an object which should be out of her reach. Sometimes her
hands or face would absorb the water from the faucet, causing her to appear swollen. She was able to bend in ways she hadn't
before, and before long she learned that she could will herself to literally MELT into a pool of liquid.... It wasn't
until later that she'd accidentally discovered that she could clone herself. Boy, that was a story she'd have to explain to
the guys sometime! Not until they were more comfortable with one another, she decided, hoping that would be sooner rather
than later.
She'd been surprised at the way she'd discovered Ashton's talents, as it had been an accident. They'd
just been walking home together one afternoon after school and saw the crime in action. Both kids fairly good citizens (for
the most part), they swung into action and ended up having to use their new abilities to complete their self-driven task.
Soon, they'd both invented alter-egos, and Di had decided to use her favorite color, purple.. Always a little bit of a sticky-fingers
before, Diane was able now to sneak into places she hadn't been able to go before - like under doors, through grates, etc
- and with Ashton's weaponry skills and defensive mechanisms, they seemed to do well in catching criminals and preventing
crimes.
Violet would do well as a crime-fighter, as would Indigo, her clone. And, they probably had a few other assets
as well. Thin, dark headed, and busty smart girls, the two made quite a pair in the darkness, whether they be in a dark alley,
or a dark bedroom....

Name: Reikka Wilhelmina Age:
18 Occupation: Senior at Vector City High School / Student Council Vice-President (Little Miss Popular) Alter-ego:
Null Device
Strengths: Rikka has a latent ability to steal the free will of anyone by uttering their name. By
the use of their name she exacts complete control over them allowing for her to create illusions, control their mind, move
them as she chooses, heal their wounds and illnesses or kill them with a mear command.
She is also able to create
an invisible sheild of energy that can melt most any organic or inorganic material. This energy can be channeled into a ball
and released at will or channeled into a weapon for better effects.
Weaknesses: The control over a person's
free will is limited depending on how strong a mind the person has. If they are stronger and release her control she will
have a harder time of using this method a second time on the same person. She can only control two people at any time, more
than that may be pushing it.
While she can control the energy field it is likely that if she's pissed enough her rage
will trigger the energy field by fault. No one is able to survive this feild in close proximity...the feild can be disrupted
with counteractive energy.
Bio: Rikka's powers are a manifestation of her will to be strong and protect herself.
Despite her popularity, Rikka has always been the target for bullies, both girls and boys have found her to be an annoyance
in their school and want nothing to do with her. While on the surface she's the model student, underneath she's quite scared
and alone.
It happened typically enough, where Rikka was asked to do a routine check of the school's inventory. There
had been talks about the gym needing more equipment for the students to get the best physical education they could. As such
she went to check out the gym in the back of the school (now known as the old gym).
During her inventory check a few
boys and their female peers snuck up on her and did various things to both her ego, mentality and physical body. This only
triggered a rage and hatred in her that manifest itself in the form of her ability to melt things through a generated energy
feild. As such the 'old gym' was born. To this day, the school has considered the 'buring' of the old gym the works of some
deliquents. Rikka, however knew of the true reason behind the old gym's buring. There were also reports of students missing
that day as well, they were considered to have been burned during the fire, and they were accused of perhaps setting it...though
no one remembers any smoke or flames.
Rikka's name control ability was simply a fluke and perhaps was manifested at
the same time as her sheild. Incidentally, she spent many a day rearranging the minds of those who had seen the incident.
While there is a great possibility someone in school remembers the incident in its true nature, Rikka has done well to memorize
names and the faces that occompany them, this is all to avoid anymore incidents like the one before.
Rikka is still
pretty popular with the student body but she doesnt' stand in the lime light as often as she used to. She's become quite modest
and recluse, her change in attitude has often been mistaken as 'stuck up' or being too good for anyone. Because she's never
dated, most of the boys think she's lesibian; the girls don't seem to care so long as the guys aren't fawning all over her.

Name:Rachel Roth Aka Raven Age: 18 Powers: ...It's
Raven.
Bio: Raven is just your typical goth high school student.
Well, aside from being the daughter of a demon from another dimension and the portal for her father's rebirth... Otherwise,
just your typical goth high school student.
She found herself in Vector City at the start of the new school year, trying
to blend in with the normal teens of this world. Unfortunately, she hasn't been doing the greatest job. She had been using
the excuse of *family tradition* for her chakra gem and meditation, but no excuse really covered up the fact that she was
just flat off different. At least it gave her peace. No one really wanted to associate themselves with the "weird dark chick". She
knows her powers are something special, and tries to compensate for her father's evil by helping those in need.

|
Name: Angelique "Angel" DeRoiux Age: 18 Occupation:
Student Alter Ego: Roulette
Strengths: Angelique has the ability to charge her energy
into various objects; usually small throwable items. She also has dead-on aim, which also helps her with her staff during
hand-to-hand combat.
Weaknesses: She has to give herself time between energy charges to regain her strength- the more
a charge she gives, the weaker she becomes. She also has a sensitivity to very bright light.
Bio: Angel grew up with
her Uncle Russ in Louisiana, her mother having passed away when she was born and her father unable to keep her. Her powers
developed around her 13th birthday. Her uncle taught her how to control her abilities and told her how they were only meant
to help and protect, never cause harm. She followed his instructions to a T, and when she turned 17, she began to fight back
against crime in her town. At first it went over well- until rumors began... That Angel was only chasing off the crime to
create more of her own. Her Uncle did his best to fight back the rumors and keep his niece safe, but when she asked if they
could move, he was more than happy to comply. Angel's 18th birthday was the same day she and her uncle arrived in Vector
City, and she couldn't have imagined a better present from Uncle Russ. She still held the card that made her suggest the move...
A card that said she could be accepted into a group of people just like her, that wanted to fight back- and not be seen as
a freak.

Name: Koriand'r or Starfire Age: Appears 18
Powers:
Starfire has an inate ability to fly using ultraviolet radiation and converting it to energy. She can use that energy and
channel it in blasts dubbed 'Starbolts'. She is also capable of assimilating other languages through physical contact with
another person and possess's superior strength to that of normal humans.
Weaknesses: Starfire is a very emotional
person, so a lot of her powers are thus tied in with how she feels. This can either limit what she can do or sends her into
overdrive and cannot control her actions.
Bio: The young Starfire is introduced to the students of Vector High as
a foreign exchange student, although exactly where she won't say. All she will say is that she comes from a very prominent
family, or came from rather, and that she wants to learn as much about her surroundings as she can. More of her past will
be revealed later on.
Appearance: Starfire appears taller than most of the girls at Vector High and her hair is almost
crimson in color and her eyes a light green, almost emerald. Starfire wears a lilac colored sleeveless top with metal neckware,
her stomach is visible and is fairly toned, showing her natural tan skin. A matching mini-skirt and almost knee high boots
finish her outfit, although she almost always wears her vambraces and wrist guard.

with him as the Green Arrow's sidekick Speedy. He works for the Drug Enforcement Agency. he is being groomed for an early
placement with Checkmate and is learning to be his own person. he currently hold almost every Archery medal and record in

Real Name: Donna Hinckley Stacey Troy
Affiliations: Teen Titans Notable aliases: Wonder Girl, Troia Notable powers: Flight, super-strength,
super-speed, highly developed fighting skills, innate ability to decipher truth, empathy with sister Diana. Magic Lasso gift
form the Gods of Olympus.
Height: 5'9" Weight: 138lbs Hair: Black Eyes: Blue
Bried history: (Depending
on the retcon in question...here goes. I am sort of picking bits from several) During the 12th year after the creation
of the Princess Diana of Themyscira, came an uneasiness within the Princess. For many hours, the ancient Amazon Magala watched
the young Princess undergo her Amazon training. The gifts from the gods made Diana the most powerful among the Amazons. In
spite of all the powers, the love from her mother the Queen, and the love of her Amazon sisters, Diana still had an emptiness
within her. Magala asked the Princess what was wrong during a summer day. Diana admitted that she was lonely. She wanted someone
to play with. Magala had a way to honor this request through magic.
Magala showed Diana a beautiful piece of glass
that only showed her reflection inspite of its mirror-like form. Magala had woven a spell to recreate a duplicate of Diana.
As Diana walked away from the mirror by instruction of Magala, the image followed her. Donna Troy, in essence, was born. Diana
was surprised that the new form was not a reverse image of her as it looked in the glass. Magala explained that the nature
of the spell was not a reflection, but a separation of the Princess's life at a moment in time...dissected in two. Now it
lived independantly and given a life of its own.
Days and weeks went by as Diana and her 'avatar' played with each
other as Magala looked on. Diana adored this duplicate. She even had her go to class when she decided to play on the island.
The creation of the duplicate remained a secret to all the other Amazons, even the Queen.
Six months later, evil would
came to Paradise Island. Dark Angel, from the World War II era, came to kidnap the young Princess Diana from her mother as
a form of punishment. Both Dark Angel and Wonder Woman (Queen Hippolyta during World War II) were in constant battle during
World War II for both the Allies and Axis powers. Instead of the Princess, the duplicate was taken. She was forced to live
out different lives of different women in extremely painful relationships by Dark Angel. The amount of lives that the duplicate
assumed is not known. Upon her disappearance, Queen Hippolyta raced to her daughter's chambers. She instincitively knew something
was wrong. Upon entering young Diana's chambers, she discovered her daughter reading, nothing was wrong. The Queen instructed
her soldiers to cover Paradise Island in a search for anything unusual. They found nothing.
Princess Diana searched
out Magala in hopes of finding her duplicate. Magala admitted that she had not seen the duplicate in almost 10 days. Magala
told the young Princess that the spell must have disappated. Diana asked if she could re-initiate the spell, but Magala advised
against it. So Diana grew up alone from that point on. (For the sake of kindness I will refrain from her retcons and the
whole multilife history and skip on to the Teen Titans.) At the age of thirteen, Donna was returned to Earth, to the United
States specifically, her memory of New Chronus wiped out. Unbeknownst to herself, Donna's new purpose was to learn about her
homeworld's culture and, when fully matured, return to New Chronus and assume godhood. In place of these memories, Donna believed
she had been saved by a fireman after which she grew up in the Kanigher Orphanage and went to a nearby elementary school.
Once
Donna returned from new Chronus, or, as she believed, finished grade school, Donna read about the defeat of Mr. Twister at
the hands of Robin, Aqualad and Kid Flash. She made a costume based on the American flag, named herself Wonder Girl, and joined
the young heroes. A residual memory prompted her to suggest "The Teen Titans" as a name for their teenage group.
Donna
dated Speedy after he joined the group full-time, but Donna also swooned over any handsome male that the Titans encountered,
especially rock stars. During the latter days of the first Teen Titans, Donna's teenybopper demeanor disappeared. Her relationship
with Speedy and a new apartment made Donna a more human character. Gone also were the golden eagle on red tunic, blue star-spangled
shorts and ponytail. Donna designed a sleeker outfit of red and decorated it with a line of stars. With her hair let down,
she became the new Wonder Girl who still lacked knowledge of her past. (This bit is of course not mandatory, only to give
background on her current costume and mind set. I would not presume a relationship to be in existance between Donna and anyone.)

Code name: Damage Real Name: Grant Albert Emerson Age:
18 Height: 6' 2" Weight: 200lbs. Hair: Chestnut Brown, a little on the shaggy side Eyes: Brown
Background:
Grant Emerson never knew stability in his life, his small family moving from town to town, state to state, for his entire
life. John and Kate Emerson worked for the biotech company Symbolix, their work requiring the family to move frequently. Grant
grew up lonely, as it seemed that just when he started to make a place for himself in a new town and school, his family would
move again.
The Emersons moved to Marietta, Georgia a little under a month ago. Soon after arriving, Grant began to
manifest super powers. A few accidental acts of destruction, one of his friends dubbed him "Damage." The youth tried fighting
crime, but his unpredictible powers made it risky. When the villain Metallo, a foe of Superman, went on a rampage through
town, Grant stepped up to fight him. Though victorious, as the battle concluded Damage lost control of his power, resulting
in a massive explosion that completely destroyed his high school. Fleeing home, Grant found his parents with mercenaries from
a mysterious organization determined to capture him. They admitted to not being his real parents, but agents assigned to raise
the boy until his powers activated, then turn him over. Having served thier purpose, the people Grant thought were his parents
were murdered in front of him.
The resulting battle left the house a ruin, and Grant on the run. He has been traveling
by train hopping across the country, living like a fugitive. Though he is not wanted by the law, he is afraid that he will
be blamed for the incidents at teh high school and the deaths of his "parents." Unknown to him, Symbolix was behind everything
and still hunts him for their mysterious founder.
Powers: Damage is a living biochemical fusion reactor that builds
up a power charge through a unique hormonal process. This charge gives Damage super human strength, durability, speed and
reflexes - powers which grow in proportion to the energy charge he has built up. Theoretically, there is no limit to how powerful
he could become. When Damage is unable to expend the charge he has created, the extra energy is directed outward in a massive
concussive blast - an energy discharge Damage is only beginning to control. When he releases an explosion, his internal charge
resets to zero, making him vulnerable as it builds up again. When in a state of heightened emotion, the charge builds up faster,
making it more likely that an explosion will occur.
